Hello and welcome to the inaugural post of "from behind the stove". Come with me as I explore what it means to cook. Along the way I will share my thoughts and views on a myriad of topics, all of which will relate to my one obsession, the kitchen. After spending more than 25 years in professional kitchens I have acquired insights, stories, philosophical musings, bits of advise and meaning for life.
